Day in the life of the franchisee

Owner must actively operate their location including: marketing execution, strong connections with their community, primary contact for the franchisor, develop their team (specifically their leaders such as salon manager, district manager and trainers), ensure consistency and operational best practices. Each location is required to hire a Salon Manager/General Manager to manage daily operations. If an owner wants to be absentee, they are required to bring on an Operating Partner that owns a minimum of 20% of the franchise.

While still required to be owner operators, multi-unit developers will work primarily with the Salon Manager (and
potentially District Manager depending on the the size of their development), multi-unit developers may also hire a Marketing Coordinator/team members who focuses on social media, events and other tactics. The multi-unit operator will be focusing on real estate + build-out and driving revenue and marketing tactics in a larger region(s).
