Day in the life of the franchisee

The first 60–90 days are the most hands-on period for a franchisee, focused primarily on building the foundation of your new business: hiring and training your team. The more time you invest into your team members at this stage, the better your business will run without you. During this time, the franchisee will be supported by our team every step of the way, from soft opening to launch strategy and early brand growth in their local market.

Once operations are stable, the MidnighTreats model allows for a semi-absentee approach. Most franchisees transition into an oversight and leadership role, focusing on:
