Day in the life of the franchisee

Owner Operator

  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure the cleanliness and presentability of the restaurant, both inside and outside.
    • Perform daily financial tasks, including counting safe funds, completing till checks, and making bank deposits.
  • Food Preparation and Service:
    • Set up all food prep stations and complete necessary food prep for the day.
    • Assist customers and ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Employee Management:
    • Hire, train, and develop employees to maintain high service standards.
    • Create and publish work schedules for staff.
